Having the only example of a craft dye as kool aid looks really strange, especially as you can't buy it here and it's not primarily a dye. Shouldn't this list either brands of dyes such as Dylon or types of dyes such as acid dyes or Procion MX. 90.192.184.42 23:30, 17 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi PKM, very nice job with creating this template. I have one suggestion though: perhaps it would help, especially if the list ot dyes in the template grows longer (and it most probably will), to categorize the dyes by color? Jacquard is a weaving technique. Not sure, why this template links to it, but the yarn is probably dyed before weaving. :-) I don't see any mention of dyeing in the jacquard weaving article so I didn't change the link in the template. — Tauriel-1 (☎) 07:26, 10 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, this template links to the general tie-dye article as well as to one special tie-dye technique (shibori) but not to several others (bandhani, tritik, plangi).
