This template was considered for deletion on 2018 September 2. The result of the discussion was "keep".

I'd like to change this by adding a VE edit link to the first part. The addition would be "| |[((fullurl:(({1|Wikipedia))}|veaction=edit)) edit beta]", and the result would be an "edit beta" link that brings up a visual editor session as well as the usual "edit" link that brings up the wikitext editing session. This would be a convenience for those editors who use VE in preference to the wikitext editor. Any objections or comments? Done, since there were no comments. I think this could be usefully done to other similar templates and have posted to that effect at ((Ln)) but I'll wait to see if anybody objects to this change before doing anything else. I would like [((fullurl:(({1|Wikipedia))}|action=history)) history] changed to [[Special:PageHistory/(({1|Wikipedia))}|history]] and [((fullurl:Talk:(({1|Wikipedia))}|action=history)) history] changed to [[Special:PageHistory/Talk:(({1|Wikipedia))}|history]].
