The memorial plaque for Aktion T4 victims is barely visible in the bus-station photo, less so in the full-resolution blowup. Perhaps some WP contributor in Berlin can take another picture of the plaque itself. It could be placed in the Aktion T4 article rather than the article on the street. Another memorial plaque is shown there.
This article, by mentioning both historical and modern landmarks, risks anachronism. In the Third Reich, Tiergarten 4 was an important office; now its former location is marked by a plaque set in the pavement. Such modern landmarks as Sony Center, Hiroshimastrasse, and Ben-Gurion-Strasse would have been inconceivable then.
