Talk:Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropa

Update

[edit]

I plan to update this article. As I have a conflict of interest (I work at OBCT and I use this alternate account for my OBCT work on Wikipedia, my main account is User:Jaqen) I am describing here the edits I plan to do before I will do it:

  1. name has been changed to "Osservatorio Balcani e Caucaso Transeuropa" (in short "OBC Transeuropa" or "OBCT") so I plan to move the article, change the lead section and the infobox and add a short explanation of the name change in the body of the article
  2. the headquarters have been moved from Rovereto to Trento so I would change the lead section, the infobox and add a short explanation in the body
  3. OBCT is not a part of the Peace Bell Foundation (Fondazione Opera Campana dei Caduti) anymore: it has become a part of the "Centro per la Cooperazione Internazionale" (Center for International Cooperation). I would update that
  4. I would change the logo in the infobox with File:OBCT Logo with text.png (new name, higher resolution, PD from Commons)
  5. I would add an external links section with a link to the official website
  6. I would add ((Commons category))
  7. I would add ((authority control))

I would add appropriate sources when necessary. All these edits seems to me to be non-controversial, but please let me know if there is any problem! --Niccolò "Jaqen" Caranti (OBC) (talk) 08:41, 12 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Reliable sources

[edit]

The article currently relies mostly on non-independent or primary sources:

  • Five footnotes lead to an old version of OBCT's "About us" page.
  • Three others lead to other pages at balcanicaucaso.org.
  • One is an organization directory from the Municipality of Rovereto.

It seems that the only information that is properly sourced is:

@MarioGom: Here some additional sources:

Hope this can help! If you prefer I can add some references in the article myself, of course. --Niccolò "Jaqen" Caranti (OBC) (talk) 11:05, 10 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed a citation needed, added 2 references and moved another one. --Niccolò "Jaqen" Caranti (OBC) (talk) 10:21, 8 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
