No. The rifle is not in production at AAC. It was never produced in large numbers as far as I can tell. It never went into mass production under AAC. They tested it with different Spec Ops units but no one wanted it enough to put in a big order so AAC scrapped it. They were looking for a military buyer and didn't care about the civilian market. But this rifle brought .300 blackout from an unheard of "wild cat" cartridge to a mainstream, commonly available cartridge. As stated- back in 2013, AAC gave up on the rifle.

Fast forward to 2017 and one of the original founders of AAC, Kevin Brittingham (who had left AAC and had been working to develop Sig's Suppressor production), made the announcement at/around the time of SHOT SHOW that he was bringing two rifles to the civilian market under the manufacturer "Q LLC" or simply Q along with multiple silencers. One rifle is a modernized bolt action designed from the ground up called "The Fix".
