Paratelmatobius is a genus of frogs in the family Leptodactylidae. They are endemic to southern Brazil.[1]

AmphibiaWeb also lists Paratelmatobius pictiventris,[2] but Amphibian Species of the World considers it a synonym of Paratelmatobius gaigeae.[3]
