Mykola Andriyovych Kulinich (born 19 July 1953 in Kyiv, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian diplomat. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine.[1]

Mykola Kulinich graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 1976, master's Degree in International Relations; Post-Graduate Course in History of International Relations, Kyiv State University (1979). Doctoral Degree (Ph. D.) in History of International Relations (1982).
