He previously managed Atlético Paranaense, Criciúma, Santa Cruz, Guarani, Al-Shabab, Al-Ettifaq, Internacional, Coritiba, Al Ain, the United Arab Emirates national team,[1] Juventude, Al-Hilal, Botafogo (SP), Goiás, Tokyo Verdy, Vitória, Paraná, América (RN) and Sertãozinho.
