Khalid Duke (born February 27, 2001) is an American football linebacker[1] for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Kansas State.
Early life and high school
[edit]Duke attended high school at Riverside Military Academy. Coming out of high school, Duke was rated as a three star recruit where he decided to commit to play college football for the Kansas State Wildcats.[2][3]
College career
[edit]In Duke's freshman season in 2019, he recorded seven tackles with three being for a loss, two sacks, a pass deflections and a fumble recovery.[4] During the COVID shortend 2020 season, Duke notched 26 tackles with three of them going for a loss, and a sack.[5] During the 2021 season, Duke played in two games where he had six tackles with two being for a loss, and two sacks, before going down with a season ending injury in week two.[6][7] In week five of the 2022 season, Duke tallied three sacks versus Texas Tech.[8] During the 2022 season, Duke had a breakout season posting 44 tackles with five being for a loss, three sacks, and a pass deflection.[9] In the 2023 season, Duke posted 19 tackles with eight being for a loss, six sacks, and a forced fumble.[10] After the conclusion of the 2023 season, Duke decided to declare for the 2024 NFL draft.[11]
Professional career
[edit]Duke signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2024.[12]
