Jett Luchanko (born August 21, 2006) is a Canadian ice hockey forward for the Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He was drafted 13th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2024 NHL entry draft.

Playing career

During the 2022–23 season with the Guelph Storm he recorded five goals and nine assists in 46 games. During the 2023–24 season he led the Storm in scoring with 20 goals and 54 assists in 68 games.[1] Following the season he won the William Hanley Trophy as the most sportsmanlike player.[2]

On June 28, 2024, Luchanko was drafted 13th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2024 NHL entry draft.[3][4] The pick was announced by legendary ring announcer and Philadelphia native, Michael Buffer.[5] A week after the draft, he signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Flyers.[6]

Luchanko represented Canada at the 2024 IIHF World U18 Championships, where he recorded two goals and five assists in seven games and won a gold medal.[7][8]
