Carlos Gustavo De Luca (born 13 February 1962) is an Argentine former footballer who played as a forward for various clubs in Argentina, Chile, Peru and Switzerland.

Club career

As a youth player, De Luca was with Club San Fernando and River Plate.[1][2]

De Luca mainly highlighted in Chile[3] being goalscorer in its first division, second division[4] and its national cup.

In that country, he had stints with Santiago Wanderers, Cobreloa, Deportes La Serena,[5] O'Higgins,[6] Colo-Colo, Regional Atacama, Deportes Temuco and Everton.[7][1]

Personal life

De Luca began playing rugby, sport which he practiced until he was seventeen.[8]

He fought at the Falklands War (1982).[9][3][2][10][11][12][13][14]
