The image is used as the sole identification of a Skywald non-comics magazine. It acts as an indicative sample of Skywald's output, and depicts a late public figure. The image is being used in an informative way. The image is a web-resolution image. As only a cover of a single issue, the image does not limit the ability of Skywald, a long-defunct company, or any possible heirs to sell the issue from which it came. It does not stand in the place of (potential) future reprints. The publication is the subject of the critical commentary. |
