Description
English: Berber flag”. Originally created by the Berber Academy (Agraw Imazighen) in the 70s, the flag was adopted in 1998 flag of the Berber people by the Amazigh World Congress (CMA, Agraw Amadlan Amazigh). It is represented by the Berber symbol ⵣ in the center in red, which represents a man or woman sitting on a chair at the seaside, making the symbol of victory. This symbol is also the symbol of the star of Pisces. Red can represent closure or cancellation of closure (No:ⴳ/Yes:ⴷ), depending on whether they are countries with open cultural borders like Morocco, or countries with closed cultural borders like Algeria. The background of the flag is made up of three horizontal colors: blue, green and yellow, Blue represents the sky, green represents the sea and the ocean (maritime borders), and yellow represents the sand of the sea.

Tras su creación inicial en la década de 1970 por la Academia Bereber (Agraw Imazighen), el símbolo fue adoptado en 1998 como bandera del pueblo bereber por el Congreso Mundial Amazig (CMA, Agraw Amadlan Amazigh). Está representado por el símbolo bereber ⵣ en el centro en rojo, que representa a un hombre o una mujer sentados en una silla a la orilla del mar, haciendo el símbolo de la victoria. Este símbolo También es el símbolo de la estrella de Piscis.
