Collective PAC

The Collective PAC is a Democratic political action committee dedicated to supporting Black political power. The organization recruits, trains, and financially supports Black political candidates at all levels of government.

The organization was founded by political operatives Stefanie Brown James and her husband Quentin James in August 2016.[1]

By 2019, the organization had raised or bundled more than $6.5 million in support of Black candidates.[2] By 2021, the organization had raised or bundled over $10 million.[3]

In 2024, Collective PAC endorsed President Joe Biden for re-election, working with the AAPI Victory Fund and the Latino Victory Fund to spend a planned $30 million in support.[4]
