Το Score είναι τριπλό, ζωντανά ηχογραφημένο άλμπουμ του αμερικάνικου progressive metal συγκροτήματος Dream Theater, το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε στις 29 Αυγούστου 2006 μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρίας "Rhino Entertainment" και συνοδευόταν από ένα διπλό DVD.
Η ηχογράφηση του πραγματοποιήθηκε στην τελευταία συναυλία της περιοδείας για την προώθηση του άλμπουμ "Octavarium", στο "Radio City Music Hall" της Νέας Υόρκης. Η συγκεκριμένη εμφάνιση ονομάστηκε "A Very Special Evening with Dream Theater" και στο δεύτερο μέρος της συμμετέχει μία συμφωνική ορχήστρα υπό την διεύθυνση του μαέστρου Τζάμσιντ Σαρίφι.
Η ονομασία της συγκεκριμένης κυκλοφορίας προήλθε από την λέξη "Score" που σημαίνει "είκοσι", με σκοπό να εορτασθούν τα είκοσι χρόνια ύπαρξης του συγκροτήματος. Επίσης, σημαίνει παρτιτούρα, με το εξώφυλλο να αποτελείται από μέρη μιας παρτιτούρας.
Στο "Score" συμπεριλήφθηκαν δύο ακυκλοφόρητα κομμάτια, το "Another Won" από την πρώιμη εποχή που το συγκρότημα ονομαζόταν Majesty και το "Raise The Knife", ένα κομμάτι που ηχογραφήθηκε κατά την περίοδο της δημιουργίας του "Falling Into Infinity".
