Puerto Rico nahm mit drei Sportlern an den Sommer-Paralympics 2008 im chinesischen Peking teil.

Fahnenträgerin bei der Eröffnungsfeier war die Sportschützin Nilda Gomez Lopez, die auch die einzige Medaille der Mannschaft gewann.[1][2]
