Shell ist ein gemeindefreier Ort im Big Horn County im US-Bundesstaat Wyoming. Das U.S. Census Bureau hat bei der Volkszählung 2020 eine Einwohnerzahl von 74[1] ermittelt.
Der Ort hat Bedeutung als wichtige Fundstätte von Fossilien, dem sogenannten Howe Quarry. Bekanntester Fund ist der Allosaurus „Big Al“.
