Grigori Jemez (russisch Григорий Емец, engl. Transkription Grigoriy Yemets; * 8. Oktober 1957) ist ein ehemaliger sowjetischer Dreispringer.
Bei den Halleneuropameisterschaften 1984 in Göteborg gewann er mit 17,33 m Gold.
