Cazzano di Tramigna ist eine nordostitalienische Gemeinde (comune) mit 1508 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2022) in der Provinz Verona in Venetien. Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 17 Kilometer ostnordöstlich von Verona.
