Rioni-floden har sit udspring i Ratja-provinsen i Kaukasusbjergene, flyder gennem Kutaisi og løber ud i Sortehavet nær Poti.

Historie

Rioni var kendt af de gamle grækere som Fasis (eller Phasis), og den nævnes af flere klassiske forfattere.
