Ilham Aliyev accepted the credentials of the Ambassador of Denmark to Azerbaijan, Mr. Ruben Madsen
[redigér | rediger kildetekst]President Ilham Aliyev has accepted the credentials of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Denmark to Azerbaijan, Mr. Ruben Madsen.
Ambassador Ruben Madsen reviewed the guard of honor.
Ruben Madsen presented his credentials to President Ilham Aliyev.
Then the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan had a discussion with the Ambassador.
The head of state pointed to the successful development of relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Denmark. President Aliyev said there were extensive opportunities for the development of cooperation between the two countries in various spheres, including the economic sector, which was important from the standpoint of the development of relations between the European Union and Azerbaijan. President Ilham Aliyev also expressed hope that these relations would continue to develop during Ambassador Ruben Madsen’s diplomatic activities in Azerbaijan.
Ambassador Ruben Madsen conveyed greetings on behalf of Her Majesty Queen Margrethe of the Kingdom of Denmark to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Ruben Madsen pointed to the existence of a close cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Denmark and said the Azerbaijani economy was noted for its rapid growth rate in Europe. The Ambassador said he would spare no effort to further develop the relations between the two countries.
The President of Azerbaijan expressed his gratitude for the greetings from Her Majesty Queen Margrethe of the Kingdom of Denmark and asked the Ambassador to communicate his greetings to Her Majesty.
