Roedd ei ddilynwyr yn pwysleisio rhesymeg a'r unigolyn yn hytrach na thraddodiad fel ffyrdd i gyrraedd oes newydd mewn byd wedi'i seilio ar wyddoniaeth, llywodraeth a dyneiddiaeth.
