Asana, neu osgo'r corff, o fewn ioga yw Janu Sirsasana (Sansgrit: जानु शीर्षासन; IAST: jānu śīrṣāsana), Pen-ar-Ben-glin. Gellir ei ddisgrifio fel asana tro ar eistedd, gan blygu ymlaen a chaiff ei ymarfer mewn llawer o ysgolion ioga modern ac fel ymarfer corff.

Daw'r enw o'r geiriau Sansgrit janu (जानु, jānu) sy'n golygu "pen-glin", shirsha (शीर्ष, śīrṣa) sy'n golygu "pen", ac âsana (आसन) sy'n golygu "osgo" neu "siap y corff".[1]
