Arlywydd Liberia ers 16 Ionawr 2006 yw Ellen Eugenia Johnson Sirleaf (ganwyd 29 Hydref 1938).[1] Hi yw'r fenyw gyntaf a etholwyd yn bennaeth gwladwriaeth yn Affrica.[2] Enillodd Wobr Heddwch Nobel yn 2011; enillodd Leymah Gbowee a Tawakkol Karmen y wobr yr un flwyddyn.[3]
