John Ratcliffe (* 20. října 1965, Mount Prospect, Illinois) je americký politik za Republikánskou stranu. V letech 2020–2021 byl v Trumpově administrativě ředitelem tajných služeb Spojených států amerických. Předtím působil v letech 2015–2020 jako poslanec Sněmovny reprezentantů, v níž zastupoval stát Texas za čtvrtý kongresový okres.

Prezident Trump v červnu 2019 oznámil, že John Ratcliffe nahradí v úřadu Dana Coatse. Po rozporuplných reakcích Ratcliffe nakonec nastoupil do úřadu po necelém roce v květnu 2020. Ve funkci ředitele tajných služeb, ve které stranil republikánům, byl kritizován za nedostatek nestrannosti. V úřadě skončil 20. ledna 2021 společně s koncem Trumpovy administrativy. V nové vládě Joea Bidena jej nahradila Avril Hainesová.
