نژیاروان یان تەلارساز (بە ئینگلیزی: Architect) ئەو کەسەیە کە نەخشەکێشی یان پلانداڕێژی بۆ دروستکردن و بنیادنانی بیناکان دەکات.[١] نژیاروان بەشداری دەکات لە دابینکردنی خزمەتگوزاریی پەیوەندیدار بە دیزاین، داڕشتن، پلاندانان، ڕێکخستنەوەی بیناکان و ئەو شتانەی دەوری بیناکانیان داوە کە مرۆڤەکان کاری لەناو دەکەن بۆ مەبەست و ژیانی ڕۆژانەی خۆیان.[٢]زاراوەی نژیاروان لە ئینگلیزی بەمانای (Architect) دێت کە لە لاتینییەوە (Architectus) ھاتووە،[٣] لەوێشەوە لە یۆنانییەوە ھاتووە[٤] بەم شێوەیە شیکاری بۆدەکرێت (arkhi-, chief + tekton, builder) کە بە مانای بەرێوەبەری بینا دێت.[٥]
