Oreonectes és un gènere de peixos de la família dels balitòrids i de l'ordre dels cipriniformes.[1]
Distribució geogràfica
[modifica]Es troba a la Xina (Guangxi, Guizhou i Hong Kong[2])[3][4][5][6][7] i el Vietnam.[8]

Estat de conservació
[modifica]Només Oreonectes anophthalmus, Oreonectes furcocaudalis i Oreonectes platycephalus apareixen a la Llista Vermella de la UICN.[19]
