Hurmašica

Hurmašica ili hurmadžik (također urmašica) je vrsta zalivenog slatkiša, prisutna u bosanskoj i srpskoj kuhinji, porijeklom s Orijenta, čiji su osnovni sastojci brašno, šećer, maslac, jogurt ili sirće, koji se poredaju u tepsiji u obliku hurme, odakle je dobiveno ime, a nakon pečenja zaliju agdom.[1]

Na Bliskom Istoku i u Turskoj postoje slični kolači.[2]

Priprema

Tijesto se pravi sa brašnom, šećerom, jogurtom, maslacem ili margarinom, uljem, jajima, jezgrom oraha i praškom za pecivo. Za agdu se koriste voda, šećer i limunov sok, koji se dodaje u agdu i usporava ušečeravanje kolača. Postoje i varijante u koje se u brašno dodaje i kokos.

Običaji

Priprema se i tokom islamskih praznika posebno za vrijeme Ramazanskog bajrama i Kurban-bajrama.
