Тарпе́йская скала́[1] (лац.: Saxum Tarpeium) — назва стромкай скалы ў Старажытным Рыме, з заходняга боку Капіталійскага ўзгорка.
З гэтай скалы скідвалі асуджаных на смерць злачынцаў, якія ўчынілі здраду, інцэст, пабег (рабоў ад гаспадара). Паводле легенды, назва скалы паходзіць ад імя Луцыя Тарпея, якога скінулі адтуль за выступ супраць цара Ромула. Па іншай легендзе, Тарпеяй звалі вясталку, дачку начальніка Капіталійскай крэпасці Спурыя Тарпея, якая падчас вайны з сабінамі паказала ворагам патаемны ход і была скінутая са скалы[2]. Апошняе пакаранне адбылася пры імператары Клаўдзіі ў 43 годзе, і пазней яны былі забароненыя.
У сучасным Рыме Via di Monte Tarpeo вядзе ад Капітолія да Форума, скала не захавалася.
