Газавая лямпа
Газавая лямпа — свяцільня на аснове згарання газы (прадукту перагонкі нафты). Прынцып дзеяння лямпы прыкладна такі ж, як ў алейнай лямпы: у ёмістасць заліваецца газа, апускаецца кнот. Іншы канец кнота заціснуты падымальным механізмам у гарэлцы, сканструяванай такім чынам, каб паветра падцякала знізу. У адрозненне ад алейнай лямпы, у газавай кнот плецены. Зверху гарэлку накрываюць шкляным камінком — для забеспячэння цягі, а таксама для абароны полымя ад ветру.
Першы прататып газавай лямпы — нафтавая лямпа — была апісана Ар-Разі ў Багдадзе IX стагоддзі. Сучасная газавая лямпа была вынайдзеная аптэкарам Ігнатам Лукасевічам і Янам Зехам ў 1853 годзе ў Львове.
