Сьцяг Кызылу — знак места Кызыл, Тува, Расея. Ён быў ухвалены рашэньнем мескае рады 30 сакавіка 2005 году.
Сьцяг места Кызыл уяўляе сабой чырвонае палотнішча з суадносінамі вышыні й даўжыні 2:3, у сярэдзіне сьцяга знаходзіцца выява герба места Кызыл (жоўтага колеру касматы бык (як) з сонцам паміж рагамі). Галоўнае месца ў сьцязе займае бык. Ён сымбалізуе сілу, прагу да волі народу Тувы. Акрамя таго жывёлагадоўля — галоўная крыніца дабрабыту народу Тувы. Чырвоны колер азначае ўладу, мужнасьць, справядлівасьць. Чырвоны колер прывязаны да назвы места Кызыл (перакладаецца з тувінскае мовы — «чырвоны»). Жоўты колер азначае дабрабыт, багацьце.
