Нэматалёгія (Nematology, нэматадалёгія) — разьдзел заалёгіі, які вывучае круглых чарвякоў тыпу Нэматода (Nematoda), які зьяўляецца адным з буйнейшых ў царстве жывёлаў па колькасьці відаў (апісана 80 000 відаў, мяркуецца да 500 000). Хоць нэматалягічныя дасьледваньні бяруць пачатак у часы Арыстоцеля і нават у больш раньнія, нэматалёгія як навука сфармавалася толькі ў канцы 19-га стагодзьдзя.
Вобласьць дасьледваньня нэматалёгіі шмат у чым перакрыжоўваецца з гельмінталёгіяй, якая вывучае паразытычных чарвякоў (глісты), да якіх адносяцца многія круглыя чарвякі (каля 15 000 відаў зь іх паразіты чалавека, жывёл і расьлін), такія як аскарыды, валасацікі, вострыцы і іншыя.
