O, "Yəhudi məsələsinin son həllinə" cavabdeh olan Gestaponun IV B 4 şöbəsinin rəhbəri, SS oberşturmbannfüreri olmuşdur. Müharibədən sonra məhkəmədən qaçaraq Cənubi Amerikada gizlənmişdir. 1960-cı ildə "Mossad"ın agentləri onu Argentinadan qaçıraraq İsrailə aparmış, orada məhkəmə qərarı ilə edam edilmişdir.
