Relish ye un condimentu que'l so principal oxetivu ye'l de reforzar sabores de dalgún alimentu, l'ingrediente principal suel ser un encurtido de frutes o verdures cocinaes y finamente picaes.[1] Ye condimento habitual de barbacoes.[2]
