Juanes nació en Medellín, Colombia, el 9 d'agostu de 1972 de pá colombianu y má colombiana. A los 19 años treslladóse a vivir a Miami y un añu dempués asoleyó'l so primer trabayu Fíjate Bien, pa la discográfica Universal.

Tamién actuó na telenovela colombiana Rosario Tíjeras. L'esitu llego-y col álbum Un Día Normal y el so single «A Dios le Pido»
