বালিঘোৰা[2] (ইংৰাজী: Red-wattled Lapwing, বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম-Vanellus indicus) 'Charadriidae' গোটৰ অন্তৰ্ভুক্ত এবিধ জলচৰ চৰাইৰ প্ৰজাতি৷ ইয়াৰ মাতটো ডাঙৰ আৰু ইংৰাজীত ইয়াৰ মাতটো শুনিবলৈ did he do it বা pity to do it যেন লগা বুলি কোৱা হয়৷[3][4] ইয়াক সাধাৰণতে যোৰ পাতি বা সৰু গোটত চৰা দেখা যায় যদিও প্ৰজনন নোহোৱা কালত ই জাকপাতিও চৰিব পাৰে৷ [5]

[সম্পাদনা কৰক]বালিঘোৰাৰ দেহৰ দৈৰ্ঘ্য প্ৰায় ৩৫ ছে:মি:৷ ইয়াৰ ডেউকা আৰু পিঠি অংশ পাতল মটিয়া বৰণৰ৷ আনহাতে মুৰ আৰু বুকু অংশ ক'লা বৰণৰ হোৱা দেখা যায়৷ ডেউকাত বগা দাগ থকাও দেখা যায়৷ ইয়াৰ চকুৰ সন্মুখৰ অংশ (Wattle) অংশ উজ্জল ৰঙা৷ চুটি নেজডালৰ আগটো ক'লা, ঠোঁট ক'লা আৰু দীঘল ঠেং দুখন হালধীয়া হোৱা দেখা যায়৷ উৰন্ত অৱস্থাত ইয়াৰ ডেউকাৰ বগা আঁচবোৰ চকুত পৰে৷[6]
মতা আৰু মাইকীৰ বাহ্যিক গঠন প্ৰায় একে হয় যদিও মতা বালিঘোৰাৰ ডেউকা মাইকীজনীতকৈ কিছু দীঘল হয়৷[5]
বাসস্থান
[সম্পাদনা কৰক]বালিঘোৰাই সাধাৰণতে মুকলি জলাশয়ত চৰিবলৈ পছন্দ কৰে৷ গতিকে ইয়াক পানীপূৰ্ণ খেতি-পথাৰ, পুখুৰী, হ্ৰদ আদিত দেখা পোৱা যায়৷ মাজে সময়ে ই ২৬-২০০ টা পৰ্যন্ত লগ হৈ বৃহৎ গোট গঠন কৰি চৰে৷[7] ইয়াক নতুনকৈ মুকলি কৰা বনাঞ্চল বা বৰষুণৰ পাণী জমা হোৱা অঞ্চলতো দেখা পোৱা যায়৷

[সম্পাদনা কৰক]বালিঘোৰাই সাধাৰণতে মাৰ্চৰ পৰা আগষ্ট মাহৰ ভিতৰত প্ৰজনন কৰে৷ মাইকীজনীক আকৰ্ষিত কৰাৰ উদেশ্যে মতা বালিঘোৰা চৰায়ে পাখিবোৰ ফুলাই, ঠোঁটটো ওপৰলৈ কৰি মাইকী চৰাইজনীৰ চাৰিওফালে ঘুৰে৷ এজনী মাইকী চৰাইৰ আগত একাধিক মতা বালিঘোৰাই এনেদৰে প্ৰদৰ্শন কৰিব পাৰে৷[7]
ইহঁতে মাটিতে বাহ সাজি কণী পাৰে৷ [10] এবাৰত ৩-৪ টাকৈ ক'লা ফুটুকীয়া বগা বৰণৰ কণী পাৰে৷[6] [11]
