En l'anatomía humana femenina, as glandulas de Skene, tamién conoixidas como glandulas vestibulars menors u glandulas parauretrals son glandulas que se troban arredol d'o cabo inferior d'a uretra. As glandulas son rodiadas de teixiu que se rinfla con sangre mientres a excitación sexual y secretan un liquido per as obreduras amanadas a la uretra, especialment mientres l'orgasmo.

Encara que sigue habendo debat sobre a función d'as glandulas de Skene, un proposito ye secretar un liquido que aduya a lubricar l'obredura d'a uretra.[1]

As glandulas de Skene producen un liquido de plasma sanguinio semellant a la leit. As glandulas pueden estar a fuent d'a echaculación femenina,[2] pero isto no ha estau prebau.[3] A causa que ellas y la prostata masculina actúan de traza semellant en secretar l'anticheno prostatico especifico (PSA), que ye una proteína de l'echaculación producida en os hombres, y d'a fosfatasa acida especifica d'a prostata, cualques autors se refieren a las glandulas de Skene como la prostata femenina.[4][5]
