Die Saeima is die parlement van Letland. Dit bestaan uit 100 lede wat elke vier jaar verkies word. Die president van Letland kan die Saeima ontbind hangende 'n referendum vir so 'n ontbinding. Proporsionele verteenwoordiging word vir die verkiesing gebruik. Die gebou is in die negentiende eeu deur 'n Baltiese Duitser ontwerp.
