Sachma (Russies: Сахма) is 'n Kasakse dorpie in Astrachan-oblast, Rusland wat tot die Sizi Boegor Plaaslike Munisipaliteit behoort. Soos baie ander nedersettings in Wolodarski-rajon, is dit op 'n eiland in die Wolga-rivierdelta geleë.
Die beroemde Kasakse komponis Koermangasi het sy laaste jare op Sachma deurgebring, maar is op 'n ander dorpie, Altinzjar, begrawe.
